Louvie-Juzon is a small, typical village in Béarn, located in this splendid valley.
It is a crossroads providing access to Lourdes, Pau, the Aspe Valley and the Spanish Pyrenees.
You can visit the church to admire the recently restored altarpiece and the late 17th-century organ, where internationally renowned concerts are held every summer.
In the village, 800 metres from the campsite, you will find a number of lively shops:
- A bakery and pastry shop open from 6 a.m. selling bread, pastries and cakes.
- Market on Wednesday mornings in season.
- The Chiberchicot café, which sells food and tobacco and is a meeting place for cyclists and hikers.
- Restaurants in the village: Les Copains d’abord, in the hamlet of Pédehourat, L’Auberge d’Urte and L’Orée du Bois.
- A medium-sized Intermarché supermarket.
- A post office, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, a hairdresser, the Da Costa car repair shop…
